« I have been a lawyer for more than 17 years and specialize in insurance law. I head the Insurance Law Department within the firm, with a team that is passionate about the subject.

We advise our national and international clients composed of players in the insurance sector and companies, by drafting legal consultations and/or strategic notes to assist in decision making, compliance diagnostics, and by conducting insurance contract audits.

We defend the interests of our clients in litigation, mainly in the case of high-stakes financial and/or strategic claims, but also in the case of more routine claims; sometimes by resolving the case pragmatically through a transaction, in consultation with them. We have extensive experience in the practice of legal expertise.

We train our clients on insurance, civil liability and compliance issues, through the organization created by the firm, LexFormation, recognized by Qualiopi.

We deal with all areas of insurance law: construction insurance, property damage, professional liability, industrial risks, serial claims, borrowers’ insurance, health and welfare insurance, personal injury compensation, and compliance of insurance players.
