[JOBS] Administrative Assistant Position (M/F) – Paris
As part of its growth and the arrival of new partners, our multidisciplinary law firm is seeking a versatile Administrative Assistant for a full-time permanent position (CDI) starting in October 2026.
The position is based in Paris (8th arrondissement).

YOUR MISSION – WORK ENVIRONMENT
You will assist the partners and associates with administrative tasks, including:
- Handling client billing and payment reminders
- Managing the opening of new files and updating the client database
- Managing calendars and organizing appointments, legal meetings, and travel arrangements
You will also be responsible for the Paris office by:
- Handling reception duties (in-person and telephone)
- Overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations
- Drafting and formatting correspondence and documents
- Filing legal documents and archiving case files
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Preparing and managing meeting rooms
DESIRED PROFILE – SKILLS
You have prior experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm.
You are meticulous, organized, and adaptable; you are proficient with IT tools and possess excellent writing skills and a strong client-service mindset. A basic understanding of legal terminology/concepts would be an asset.
Compensation: €28,000 – €33,000 per year, depending on profile and experience.
