I joined LexCase in 2010, and currently head the Public Business Law Department with Raphaël APELBAUM and Maxime BÜSCH.
I discovered administrative law after my initial studies in corporate finance and management. This rich and vibrant area of law captured my interest, and I have dedicated my practice to this field, relying also on my initial studies to systematically combine my legal approach with my extensive understanding of corporate issues.
My practice today is divided into four principal areas: a) public contract law (public procurement contracts, concessions, public land occupancy agreements, complex contractual arrangements), both as an advisor and a litigator, including conciliation, mediation and arbitration; b) the law regarding public property, occupation of public land, urban planning and land development; c) public law relative to healthcare products; d) the law governing the liability of public operators and services, and related compensation litigation.
For the most part, my practice concerns public works, railway activities, skiable areas and the healthcare industry, although it spreads well beyond these main sectors.
I also provide training on public contract law and the law relative to public land at the following training centers: EM Products de Santé, Le Moniteur des Travaux Publics, Edition Formation Entreprise (EFE) and Comundi.
