I joined the Tax department managed by Philippe Drouillot and Amaury De Carlan in 2022.
I advise companies and managers in the development of their projects in the course of restructuring and growth operations as well as in the management of operational activities.
I also assist individuals in the structuring and the transfer of their estate.
Furthermore, I provide assistance to taxpayers in their relations with the French tax authorities.
