Mathilde Merckx joins LexCase as Of Counsel, to reinforce its specialized Health Care industry and products department.

Mathilde Merckx, 31 years, is a member of the Paris Bar. She has extensive experience in advising and litigating in the field of health care industries. She holds a Master’s degree in “Personal and Bioethics Law” from the University of Paris 1 la Sorbonne and a University Diploma in Medical Law from the “Pierre et Marie Curie” Faculty of Medicine in Paris.

After a first collaboration at LexCase in Health Industry Law and Criminal Business Law, she widened her field of expertise in civil liability, insurance and industrial risks in other specialised firms. She then joined the international legal department of a major French pharmaceutical group in charge of regulatory, medical and vigilance issues.

In the continuity of this enriching and specialized experience, Mathilde Merckx returns to Lexcase as Of Counsel to reinforce the team dedicated to health care industries and health products led by Diane Bandon-Tourret, partner.
