Residence permits, work permits, naturalization: what will be the rules after Brexit?

There will be key changes to EU immigration and the movement of people post-Brexit.  With the end of the transitional period looming, in this MEET | THE | EXPERTS webinar Partner Fiona Poole will chair a discussion by panelists Ceris Gardner (Partner, Maurice Turnor Gardner,) Raphael Apelbaum (LexCase) and Rowena Moffatt (Doughty Street Chambers) of the UK’s approach to interpretation of EU free movement law following the end of the transition period, steps EU nationals in the UK will be required to take to secure their rights, and the action that is being undertaken by EU member states to ensure that UK nationals living in Europe have rights in their country of residence.
