Admitted to the bar in 2018, I am an associate in the Tax department at LexCase, working with Philippe Drouillot in the Marseille office..
Holding a Master 2 degree in tax law, I practice at LexCase, where I began my career in 2018 before joining Deloitte Morocco for six years.
I advise French and international companies on managing their tax issues, both in France and abroad. My experience has allowed me to develop expertise in corporate tax, international tax, and VAT, advising groups of all sizes on their development, investment, and restructuring projects.
My work focuses on issues related to VAT, corporate income tax, transfer pricing, tax audits, and restructuring. Particularly interested in international tax issues, I place great importance on understanding my clients’ businesses and objectives in order to offer them solutions that are secure, pragmatic, and tailored to their operational realities.
I also assist companies in their dealings with the tax authorities, particularly in the context of tax audits and disputes.
