As a business lawyer specializing in corporate and M&A law, I advise company executives, shareholders, and SMEs on their strategic operations and the management of complex situations they may face.
My practice focuses on the creation, restructuring, and transfer of businesses, capital transactions, group reorganizations, and the structuring of executives’ assets. I also assist companies in pre-litigation commercial and corporate matters, as well as in crisis situations or difficulties that may affect their operations.
My experience, gained both in-house and in law firms, allows me to understand cases holistically and identify the specific legal, economic, and operational challenges of each situation. I support my clients from the definition of their strategy to its implementation, with an approach based on close collaboration, responsiveness, and the pursuit of pragmatic and secure solutions.
