As a partner at LexCase since 2025, I lead the Environmental, Energy, and Infrastructure Law department.

I became an attorney after 10 years of experience as an in-house lawyer in the energy sector, where I developed a highly operational approach dedicated to supporting the projects of my internal contacts.

I maintain this approach in my legal practice, ensuring precise and pragmatic legal solutions that align closely with my clients’ operational needs.

Together with my team, I assist private and public clients in both advisory and litigation matters, in the following areas of expertise:

Environmental Law:

  • Environmental assessments,
  • Public information and participation,
  • Single environmental permit,
  • Protected species and habitats,
  • Classified installations (ICPE), water resources (IOTA), and waste management,
  • Prevention of natural and technological risks, etc.

Energy and Infrastructure:

  • Administrative project authorizations (renewable energy, hydrogen, storage…),
  • Land security (public domain/private domain/private property),
  • Grid connection and access,
  • Production valuation, energy purchases, aggregation,
  • Contractual structuring,
  • Other regulatory matters (agrivoltaics, individual and collective self-consumption, storage, biofuels, flexibility solutions…).

The department has developed a particularly recognized expertise in renewable energy law and supports numerous renewable energy developers and producers in their projects.
