Semester 1 – Semester 2 (2022)

The Immigration and International Mobility team, headed by Maitre Raphael Apelbaum, is involved in the management and handling of all administrative and regulatory procedures related to business and personal immigration in France, in particular with a view to obtaining work or residence permits and authorizations for our clients (individuals, employees, companies).

Our team is located in Opéra (Paris 2) and we intervene everywhere in France and abroad with the network of Consulates. We are looking for a legal trainee with a good command of French and English for a period of three to six months starting January 1, 2022 and/or June 1, 2022, for an internship in international mobility law, aliens law and immigration law (Advice / Litigation / Legal Lobby).

Two periods: first semester 2022 / second semester 2022

Gratification according to the conventional scales

The main activity of the dedicated team is the law of foreigners:

• Administrative immigration litigation (residence, visa, removal)
• Accompaniment in the Prefectures (Ile de France)
• Visa files (private life / professional career)
• Professional immigration procedures

Required qualities :

Knowledge of foreigners’ law/public law, autonomy, dynamism and good communication skills both oral and written.
