LexCase Société d’Avocats has acquired a rare and specialized expertise in Insurance Law by welcoming Delphine LOYER as a partner, accompanied by an associate lawyer, Ferhat OULBANI.

Delphine Loyer was admitted to the Lyon Bar in 2006. She obtained a postgraduate diploma in security law and policy in 2003, and the CAPA from the Lyon Law School in 2005. Delphine was an associate for 10 years in two law firms where she defended insurers. She then created her own firm, in which she relied on her knowledge of the insurance sector. She obtained her Certificate of Specialisation in Insurance Law from the Conseil National des Barreaux in 2016, a title which makes her one of the few expert lawyers in this field in France. She is now Co-President of the Insurance Commission of the Lyon Bar since 2019, and shares her expertise at a national level as a trainer at EDARA (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes) and ERAGE (Grand Est). In the future, she will also complete the offer of LexFormation, LexCase’s own training organisation.

As a new step in her professional life, she joins LexCase as a partner to create and develop an Insurance Law Department. She becomes the 13th partner of the firm. She joins our teams with Mr Ferhat Oulbani, who was an intern at her side before becoming an associate at Loyer Avocats since January 2020. An excellent civil law specialist, he particularly appreciates the rigour of insurance law.
