Working alongside the lawyers in my team, I assist clients with corporate acquisition, disposal, and structuring projects. I am involved at every stage of these transactions, from the due diligence phase to the implementation of the selected legal and tax structures.

My work covers both routine corporate law matters—such as the approval of annual accounts or amendments to articles of association—and non-recurring transactions, including mergers, capital restructuring, and the sale of business assets.

The team I work with also places particular emphasis on the tax implications associated with these transactions. We offer solutions to secure the transaction structure and optimize legal and tax treatment, while closely aligning with our clients’ objectives.
