LexCase’s teams are responsive, proactive and experts in their respective fields.
Admitted to the Lyon Bar in May 2026, I practice in the Corporate Law – Mergers & Acquisitions department at LexCase, working with Christophe Blum.
I support companies and their executives in their projects and advise them on all their corporate law issues.
My areas of expertise cover every stage of a company’s life cycle, from incorporation to ongoing legal management (amendments to articles of association, approval of annual accounts, etc.), up to and including the execution of exceptional transactions (mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings, sales, capital transactions, etc.).
