As an Associate at LexCase since 2018, I practice in the Corporate Law/Mergers & Acquisitions Department.
I manage and follow up on a portfolio of regional and national very small and medium-sized companies and report to Christophe Blum.
My assignments cover three areas: day-to-day follow-up of legal matters (incorporation, approval of annual financial statements, etc.), long-term financing operations and corporate structuring (mergers and acquisitions), and contracts (covenants, intra-group agreements and leases).
