I am an Associate and member of the Corporate Law/Mergers & Acquisitions team. I joined LexCase Law Firm in 2018.
I manage and follow up on a portfolio of companies and report to Guillaume Pierson.
My assignments cover three areas: day-to-day follow-up of legal matters (incorporation, approval of annual financial statements, etc.), long-term financing operations and corporate structuring (mergers and acquisitions), and contracts (covenants, intra-group agreements and leases).
