I am an Associate within the Corporate Law/Mergers & Acquisitions Department.

I work on the legal follow-up and management of a portfolio of regional and national SMEs, as well as listed companies.

My assignments mainly cover day-to-day legal matters for businesses (incorporation, approval of annual financial statements, etc.), long-term financing operations and corporate structuring (mergers and acquisitions), and contracts (covenants and intra-group agreements).
